Anyone dealt with Havens Law Firm in Sacramento, CA before?

My property manager was just served for a ridiculous negligence lawsuit by Havens Law Firm in Sacramento Ca. I am also named in the lawsuit. I did some searching online and it appears his speciality is going after landlords.
