Looking for some help on a deal I'm currently working on. Two sellers on title, one of them wants to sell asap, but she can't locate/contact the other person.  She claims he's alive, just doesn't want to be found type of thing. She's asking me what she can do in order to sell the house, but I wasn't sure what to tell her.

Has anybody dealt with a situation like this before? If so, what did you do and what are my options? For the record, the house is in Bakersfield, CA.
