College Degree in Real Estate Allows You To Take CA Broker Exam

My name's Cameron Huard and I am a Real Estate and Finance major at Indiana University. I recently found out that, in the state of California, a person with a real estate degree from an accredited four-year college or university may be exempt from the two-year salesperson experience requirement to become a broker ().

I am wondering if anyone has taken this route to becoming a broker and could elaborate on the process and their experience with the exam application. It is my long-term goal to eventually become a broker and start my own business so your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Best,

Cameron
