I'm about to sign a deal on a property in 29 Palms and I'm looking for advice on contractors in that area. If anyone has worked with someone they recommend, let me know! Also, if anyone has advice on how to find contractors (currently searching yelp and google) that would be appreciated too!

Thanks!

Samuel Gostnell , Go to your nearest real estate investment club meeting and get referred to a few investor friendly contractors. Please note that they still must be vetted with approved methods.
