CA investors: What lenders do you use for out of state properties

I have been buying out of state properties (will buy in state as well in a few months) and wanted to see if there are any lenders in CA (SF Bay area mostly) that lend (portfolio or conventional) for properties out of state. You can direct message me if you don't want to spill out the beans. Any help is appreciated.
