Looking for NorCal brokers

Hi, I am looking for a NorCal real estate broker to hang my new salesperson license. I'm an investor myself and I have development projects that if all goes well should have about 20 residential units coming. Priorities are for learning and increasing mutual deal flows, fees and commission split is negotiable.
