Best Places for California Investment
Want to partner up with someone or someone in my family, but we live in the Bay Area. Too expensive for us to invest here right now! Can anyone recommend some good places/tell of some deals they have done in California within 50 miles of the Bay Area preferrably?

Hey @Account Closed you're correct, Sacramento has some gems. At the Summit at the Guild on March 18th, we're going to do four in depth case studies on the good locations, areas to avoid and what's on the rise in the Sacramento Region.
We're going to drill down on Del Paso Heights, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Oak Park. If you want to become a mini-expert in one day, then this is the place to be.
Check GuildSummit.com for details.
