Problems finding the owner's address in a non-occupied home
My business partner and I are having trouble finding the owner's mailing address for his vacant home in San Bernardino County. Although it is very distressed, it really shows promise in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. I've tried several county records and tax assessor's links, but keep on running into this : Protected per CA Govt. Code Sect. 6254.21.
Any suggestions on how I could find it?
Much appreciated,
Miguel

Google says that you found a politician or political appointee. Google further says that they have enacted special laws that apply only to themselves and their personal real estate.
Everyone is shocked, utterly SHOCKED, I'm sure.
