Hello BP community of SoCal, I am a college student in Santa Barbara looking to assist active real estate investors in the Santa Barbara / Goleta area at no cost!! I am developing my real estate skills every day through multiple mediums, yet I feel as if I am missing out on some of the most important aspects in this field.
