Chico area (Butte County) prospects
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone could assist me in creating some kind of affordability index for the area. We purchased our primary residence 3.5 years ago and have since seen about 25% appreciation. I am a bit of a pessimist and am concerned that homes are overvalued.
We are trying to decide if it would be wise to sell and wait a possible downturn out in a rental.
