Hey BP world, 

I am looking to purchase another rental property in San Diego. I am interested in a single or multifamily house in an up and coming neighborhood (Barrio Logan, Golden Hill, Normal Heights). Can any realtors out there send me listings on the bottom 3rd or 4th quartile for the SD market? or point me in the right direction of who to talk to?
