Quitting My Job and making connections in Sonoma Co./Santa Rosa

I'm quitting my tech job in Phoenix and moving to Santa Rosa to be closer to family (I know... the only person moving TO California). I have some rental income that will support me while I pursue my dream of working as a lender.

At the same time, I'm interested in connecting with wholesalers, agents, and other local investors.
