Any good recommendations for a CPA or financial advisor that understands out-of-state real estate investments? I have a few properties and a good mix of other investments. Not super complicated but like to get another per of eyes to look at my past filings to see if there are opportunities to optimize the REI part. Ideally located in the SoCal area. Thanks.
