Agricultural Land Broker Arkansas

Hi all, 

I inherited agricultural farmland about 10 years ago located in Arkansas. I have been collecting rent from the lessee without problems. However, I don't know the going rate for farmland. I have a suspicion I am not charging enough rent. Is there is a agricultural farmland broker on here who might be able to assist me? Thanks in advance!
