Month to month lease

Juan Mercado
Posted

just closed on my first investment property its a 4plex, I used a fHA loan so I will need to move into one of the units. However 3 units are month to month and one unit expires in October of this year. I would like to remodel all three of the units that are month to month. Can I evict all 3 tenets?

@Juan Mercado why do you want to evict them? Just to have it empty for the remodel?

Once option is to remodel with them in place

Another option is to non renew one tenant at a time and remodel each apartment independently so you still have revenue coming in during renovations.
