Wholesaler or Real Estate agent what have you chosen to be ?

  Hello everyone ! 

   I'm trying to get an idea of what local investors have chosen to get started on their real estate investment journey. Given the situation with social distancing and avoiding contact with people as much as possible. I think myself and many others can benefit from a discussion like this ! 

 So..... please chime in !

    * What have you chosen to begin with, wholesaling or being a real estate agent? If you started with neither of these jump in as well.      

    * Why was this your choice? 

    * Would you have done it different knowing what you do now?       

    * What kind of properties/deals are you selling multifamily, single family rentals, fix n flips etc.         

    * For how long have you been investing, selling, wholesaling .etc ?     
    * Tell us your story, if there is anything else you want to add don't hesitate.

  I realize this is a common discussion all over BP but my goal is to have the information here be as local and specific to arizona as possible. Laws, practices and what works can vary by state so please keep that in mind.
