New Investor to Phoenix Area

Hello BP members,

First post here. We are looking at expanding our current real estate portfolio to the Phoenix area. I have been following MLS listing for almost 2 years looking for 5 to 20 unit value add multi-families and have had no success.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to develop the correct contacts and procedures to find deals?  Or have recommendations for commercial realtors that are in touch with the local market?
