Hello,

Wondering if anyone on BP is flipping here in Arizona. East Valley. I am eager to learn flipping from someone who needs the help. I have availability and eagerness to learn!

I just closed on my most recent flip on May 8th; it was in an up and coming neighborhood of Central Phx.  It took a little longer to complete the Rehab than planned and speed is very important to the overall success of Flips so while the project did make a profit it didn't return the numbers we originally planned... that's the way it goes sometimes.

@Account Closed there is plenty of available Capital with appetite for Fix & Flip in the greater Phoenix MSA right now.  With your experience and a solid Rehab plan I'm sure the Capital is more than Ready, Willing, and Able get in on your Deals.

All the Best!

@Wren Martin I didn't mean to confuse you. I cash flow my properties but have done flips for 25 years.

What I meant is that anytime someone wants to team up to do Flips they should say what they are bringing to the table. I didn't see that he was offering anything different than a thousand other people, which is inexperience, no leads, no contacts, and no money. (no offense).

To get the attention of an experienced investor you need to offer something to the mix or why do they need you? It's meant as a life lesson for the OP and the gazing eyes reading this that never post. ;-)

Bring something to the party. You have to give in order to get.
