Are there any wholesalers in Az who have enough equity, wiggle room for a newbie like me to get my feet wet. This is what I'm looking for...

  • equity 30% or greater
  • Assessed value not to exceed median. 220,000
  • 5 years of ownership or greater
  • SFR
  • no corps no trusts
  • a combination of owner occs and absentee.....thank you.
