@David Sharp Im a licensed contractor in Tucson. Let me know if there's anything I can do for you. I have lots of references for clients who live outside AZ and have hired me to run projects. Ive got higher ed in design and business and 14 years doing business in The Old Pueblo. If needed I can refer you to other pros as well (maintenance, painters, plumbers electricians architects).
