Hi everyone! My name is Grant Smith and I am looking for a seasoned investor that can show me the ropes of the business. My overall goal is to learn, obviously, but I am also interested in having someone that I can propose deals to and in turn help build my buyers list. For example, I bring you the deal and you look over it and we split the profit 60/40 because of your financing and expertise. Anyone looking for JV Partners or deals to invest in feel free to shoot me a message!!
