Looking for contractor in East Valley AZ

Hi Everyone, 

Hopefully this is the proper place to post something like this. I am currently under contract on a potential house to fix and flip or rent out. I am looking for a good contractor to help with assessing costs and providing a rough estimate on a list of repairs and improvements the house needs. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to send my way! Thanks!
