Hola, from Wasilla. I bought 4plex in 2020, thought I would do more but bought into a moneypit. I see many that answered years ago bout 4plexes too. I am wondering how it went for them. Any issues? If still looking I have LEARNED experiences and advice for you if interested.

I’m looking for a deal for a LTR in the Palmer / Wasilla area, ideally it would be a 5 bed 3 bath house on acreage but can make a 3 bed 2 bath work. I’ve already got tenants lined up I just need to find the deal and get creative, I prefer a sub-to or seller finance deal.
