Out of State Investing in Birmingham Alabama Tips Tricks ?

I am out of state investor looking to purchase in Alabama, market by me to much competition so i just care about cash flow.  Does anyone know where i can start ?  Looking to connect with local groups if things work out im sure id just move out there.  Just trying to be a sponge for the first few weeks!

Check out @Rob Drum 's market watch videos for the Birmingham area to get a feel for the market. There are also resources on here to get an idea for the specific submarkets around the city. Just know bham can be pretty block by block so you always need to do your due diligence.
