New Investor looking to learn and invest

Hi guys,

I'm very excited to start my REI journey in Auburn, Alabama! I will be a student at Auburn University in the Spring of 2022 coming from Williamsburg, Virginia.

I haven't closed a deal and I don't have any properties (yet), but i'm interested in all the different forms of real estate. I plan on house hacking when I move to Auburn and until then I want to get into wholesaling.
