Pay off investment property or invest?
Hello,
I’m new to the real estate game and I’m looking for some guidance on paying my investment property off or buying another investment property. I’m leaning towards paying it off early to keep from paying 30k in interest. On another note, I was thinking about keeping my cash in the bank and investing in another property, if the housing market crash. Any help is much appreciated!!
