Most of 36117 will be your best A and B areas. Prairie soil issues are in most every area. But, you can get good deals because everyone is scared of foundation issues. There are foundation companies that will repair for a few thousand and give you a lifetime warranty. I specialize as a buyers agent for investors. Let me know if I can help. Dalraida and Forest Hills are great areas.
