Hi all,

I'm an Canadian Investor looking around the state of Alabama trying to get some input on the best zip codes to focus on. planning on grabbing some properties to BRRR but want to focus on the C+ / B areas.

so far most people are recommending the Huntsville AL area.

feel free to also share some local wholesellers whom have list / pages.

TIA

Hi @Richard Cumberbatch,

I am a Huntsville investor. I personally invest in 35805 and 35758. I have successfully done BRRR in both areas. Overall most of Huntsville is growing and if the numbers are right you should be able to do a Refi in most areas of the city.
