When can I sale tax deed property
I purchased a property from the state back in 2015. They had the property for over 5 years and said I could just submit an offer since they had it that long. My offer was accepted and I was sent a tax deed. I am currently looking to sell the property and my realtor is doing a title search. I was just hoping I could get some answers while we wait on the title search to come back. She is saying that I may have to hold the property for 20 years before I can sell it without any problems.
