I've been looking to invest in the Huntsville market for a while now, but haven't really felt confident that it would be a good decision. I'm looking to buy, flip and sell, but have been having a hard time finding the correct properties. Any advice on how to get started and which areas are good?

I'm interested in starting this venture ASAP.
