Rental Agreement - Out Clause
I'm in procession of a tax sale property and have a potential renter. I'm in the process of creating a rental agreement lease. I'm under the understanding I need to include a "Out" clause in case the owner redeem the property.
I know sure what the clause should say.

"Landlord may cancel this lease on 30 days written notice without penalty or liability in the event the property is redeemed."
