I'm in a rather unique situation where I would like to get into rehab and investing, but I am currently out of town for work. Is there anyone around Dothan or Enterprise, AL that has investment property that needs work? I would like to rent an apartment or house while rehabbing it 8-12 hours per week. I have experience in all types of construction, and am very detail oriented.
