Leasing land for a mobile home...lease examples needed

I own a piece of land on which someone else has their mobile home.  I wish to make it official and get them on a lease.  Are there any lease examples I can use?  I'd like them to be responsible for any upkeep there might be.

@Arnold Finkelstein You may want to check with your local manufactured housing association. They may have access to paperwork that can help with this. Many times, they provide these types of documents for their members. Hope that helps!
