New to STR - Pros/Cons of Hotel Condos?

Hey Everyone,

New to STR & BP (first post!). We've been looking for a second property as a vacation home but to also serve as STR. Came across an interesting condo that is part of a resort hotel. High fees (32.5%), but it seems like completely hands off. Going through the numbers and it all works. Wonder what I'm missing?

Does anyone have experience with this type of STR. What are the pros/cons to this type of set up?
