Warner Introduction : Purchasing condo to AirBNB

Hi Bigger Pocket Community, my name is Warner, located in Kansas City, MO. I'm 25 and my current profession is an Account Manager at VMLY&R (Advertising Agency). I've always been fascinated with building wealth and generating passive income, but I can't seem settle with one thing and run with it. My brain tends to wonder with so many ideas that I end up losing interest and move on to something else, but I've always found Real Estate very fascinating!

As of now my plan is to purchase condos in the Downtown Kansas City area where I believe the market is growing and AirBNB the Properties to generate income and build my portfolio from there. My only problem is I'm not sure of the best way to go about this from a financial standpoint and I don't have the capital for a downpayment. Any suggestions?
