Managing other people's STR

For those who manage multiple (other people's) STR properties: What is the best way to set up multiple listings as a co-host - do you list on your own personal profile? Do i create a business profile for hosting on airbnb instead of my personal one? Do you ask the homeowner to add you as co-host? Do you make the homeowner a co-host and you (the manager) are the primary host? (then payout the profits to the homeowner end of month, minus any management fees or co-hosting fees?)
