Is Black Hawk, CO a good place for a short term rental? Anyone know someone who is doing great there? Is there a year round draw?

@Paul Sandhu Well thanks Paul for your help. I already own a successful STR. I have looked on Airbnb. I'm looking for other investors who have a good sense of the STR market there. I'm guessing by your remark that is not you.
