Hey,

Please help! I need some suggestions for short-term rental management companies that service Virginia beach, Hampton & Norfolk VA that you have actual experience with. My clients live in Northern Virginia so they will need to fully rely on this company for everything...cleaning, bookings, etc. Also, what is the normal fee for this?

May want to write off Virginia Beach. City Council voted last night to ban them in all instances.  Only Sandbridge and properties that already have a conditional use permit will be allowed.  The permits transfer to a new owner, but no new permits will be issued.
