Short Term Rental Info about Old Town Alexandria, VA

Hey all,

I am currently a fix and flip and Self Storage Investor and agent looking to get my short term rental portfolio going. I live in Old Town Alexandria, VA and was wondering if anyone has info about the short term rental market here as well as looking to connect with short term rental investors as it new to me as far as underwriting, management, operations, financing, etc. By all means willing to share my knowledge, experience and network regarding fix n flips (over 120 complete) Self Storage (co-own 5 facilities) and anything Realtor related.
