Contracts for cleaners?

Do you sign contracts with your cleaners? I found one that I want to hire but she has a contract she wants me to sign. It's something edited from something I think she found online. I don't mind agreeing to her rates and everything but don't really want to sign some obscure legal document. Thoughts?
