Southwest Florida Vacation Rentals
I have always been a buy and hold guy. My current portfolio consists of mostly single family homes in NY. I just came back from southwest Florida and it really led me to take a good look at short term vacation rentals. Anyone made the transition over? Any advice? I love my cashflow in Upstate NY but the taxes are out of control and I do not get alot of appreciation.

You could look into a “premises-only” umbrella policy just for that specific property. Usually very inexpensive.
