I recently closed on my first property which is a top / bottom duplex. The property is in the Southampton neighborhood of Saint Louis and I’m considering using one unit as a short term rental. Are people having success in the Saint Louis area with short term rentals? Are you using dynamic pricing? What has worked for you and what hasn’t?
