Investment Property in Tulsa - STR

I'm looking to move to Tulsa within the next 1-2 months. I will be traveling for work a lot and hoping to find something that would generate a little cash flow while I'm out of town as a STR. As of right now it's looking like a rotation of 1 week in Tulsa 2 weeks out of town. I'm not very familiar with Tulsa but what I've seen you'd want to be within a short drive to Midtown/Brookside.
