Where to spend 350k on STR for best cash flow from Dallas

Bought a cabin (self-managed) that's doing well, so now we only qualify for 350k$, unless we wait till next year. Not wanting to wait till next year ( goal of 2 STR per year for the next few years).

I've been searching to find the next STR: Smokies (too pricy), Gulf coast (not sure beach condos will cash flow), Branson (restrictions?).

Anyone have any idea?
