Hello! Does anyone know the permitting requirements needed to use raw land in JT to setup a Glamping Yurt or Tent for short term rentals? Is it even allowed there?

Tons are doing them and making money, but I can’t seem to get a clear answer on whether it’s even legal.. And I’ve called Zoning & Planning, left messages, but no reply. Similar to others, I’m also considering other desert areas less saturated a well.
