Getting the ball rolling in south western Pa

Hey all,

My name is Blake I have been around real estate all my life with my parents owning LTR and my father flipping houses. I currently am a machinist and see my future heading towards full time real estate. I’m looking in Bedford County, Pennsylvania and around Raystown Lake. My goal is to get my first short term rental in that area. Looking for any insight, advice.
