Upstate NY Croton-on-Hudson / Sullivan County Airbnb Laws?

Hi BP,

First time poster and first time property buyer here. I want to purchase a STR as well as having a vacation home where I can enjoy nature, however, it's been quite challenging to find laws for parts of Upstate NY. It's been very confusing and have not been consistent from county to county. Does anyone have any advice to shed and/or know the Airbnb laws for Croton-on-Hudson and also Sullivan County?
