Vrbo pots and pans selection question

What type of pots and pans do you use? Stainless? High end or regular priced and just change them out each year?

Seems like we replace whatever we buy every year from normal wear and tear.

I'd say the nicer-end Target level set. Want em to be nice and not fall apart, but don't want them to break the bank because they have to be replaced on a decently regular basis.
