Hi All!

I’m new to the BP community with a strong interest in getting started in the short-term rental business in Dallas. I do have some commercial real estate experience. Looking to connect with folks who are willing to share their experience in the short-term rental business (via rental arbitrage is a plus) to help me hit the ground running.

My goal is to get my first unit up and running within the next month.
