First guest and power outage

We had our first guest this weekend and were hit by a snowstorm on the Washington coast. Powers been out for 12 hrs with crews still working on it with no ETA. Luckily there is a gas fireplace and gas stove.

I have been communicating with the guest, I’m too far to drive and roads are impassable but is there anything else I should do in terms of the owner? I’m not looking forward to a bad first review.
